Completed Access to Information Requests

The following are lists of summaries of Access to Information requests processed by the Office of the Correctional Investigator. The lists are not all-inclusive. Requests transferred to another government institution, abandoned, processed informally, or containing primarily personal information have not been included. The lists are provided in chronological order, by the month and year that the records were released, and by request number. The records will be disclosed in the form that they were released under the Access to Information Act, including format, language(s) and any exemption or exclusions applied at the time of release.
